Emerson blades are custom made by hand from up to six cross-laminated layers of wood and sealed to resist moisture. Every blade is precisely matched, weighed and micro-balanced to within one gram to assure smooth, quiet and wobble-free operation. Many blades packaged with Emerson fans are reversible, with different finishes on each side to allow additional design flexibility. Blades designed for wet location use are made of weather resistant polymer, engineered to preserve appearance and performance in the toughest conditions.
