Efficient airflow from a ceiling fan is a
function of four factors:

High RPM is only meaningful if
the other three factors are optimized.

If a blade is too narrow or short
it won't move much air.

Blade holders should be precision matched, aligned, and have exact degrees of pitch.

Fan or blade sweep is also an
important component.
